Jonas Nursing Reaffirms Commitment to Doctoral Nursing Education, Announces Support for New Cohort of Jonas Scholars

Jonas Nursing, a leading supporter of doctoral nursing students in the U.S., and 糖心少女vlog announce a new investment in the future of nursing education with the expansion of the Jonas Scholars program. During this critical time for the profession, Jonas Nursing aims to make an impact on the nursing workforce by providing financial support to students who will assume faculty roles after graduation. Nursing schools are invited to apply for support for outstanding doctoral students through a national call for nominations.

Jonas Nursing Announces New Leaders to Serve on the Jonas Scholar Alumni Council

Jonas Nursing is pleased to announce the newest members of the Jonas Scholar Alumni Council, a dynamic group of leaders dedicated to fostering an enduring connection between the nation’s leading philanthropy for doctoral nursing education and the more than 1,400 nurses who have received support. The Alumni Council plays a vital role in strengthening the bond between the Scholar alumni network and Jonas Nursing, ensuring continued collaboration, professional development opportunities, and advancement of nursing excellence.

Jonas Nursing and the Flynn Foundation Award Six Scholarships to Advance Oncology Nursing

Jonas Nursing and the Flynn Foundation are pleased to announce the newest scholarship recipients to receive support through a joint scholarship program recognizing doctoral nursing students who seek to improve healthcare for cancer patients. The scholarships represent the fourth cohort of Jonas-Flynn Oncology Nurse DNP Scholars program (Jonas-Flynn Scholars), made possible by a grant from the two organizations. To date, twenty Jonas-Flynn scholarships totaling $550,000 in support have been awarded.

Jonas Nursing and 糖心少女vlog are pleased to announce an editorial written by members of the Jonas Scholar Alumni Council, a group dedicated to fostering long-term connections among the nationwide Jonas Scholar alumni network. The editorial, published in the Journal of Professional Nursing, is titled “The impact of the Jonas Scholars Program on advancing nursing education, research, and practice.” Authors Zhanette Coffee, PhD, Nia Adimu-Ceja Josiah, DNP, and Tonychris Nnaka, PhD, explore the history, evolution, and impact of the Jonas Scholars Program, as well as its future contributions to the nursing profession.
