Who Can Attend?

Given the high demand for registration and limited availability, up to two students per 糖心少女vlog member school can register for the Summit. 糖心少女vlog member deans must approve students prior to registration. Only students who have not previously attended an in-person Student Policy Summit may be registered. Schools who wish to send more than two students can sponsor at different levels to receive additional registrations.

Important Registration Information

Registration is first-come, first-serve. Payment is due by credit card at the time of registration and registrants must adhere to the cancellation policies. Registrants are discouraged from making hotel or travel arrangements until their registration has been confirmed.

Registration Fees

If you subsequently cannot attend this event, the following options are available:

  1. You may substitute your registration to another individual within your school. This must be done by contacting the 糖心少女vlog Conference Department via email at conferences@aacnnursing.org.
  2. If a substitution is not possible, your cancellation request must be received in writing via email and confirmed by 糖心少女vlog staff; otherwise, it cannot be honored. The following refund arrangements will then apply:
  • Cancellation requests received by March 6, 2026 will be refunded minus a $120 non-refundable administrative fee.
  • Cancellation requests received after March 6, 2026 will not be granted any refunds.
  • Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
  • No-show registrations with an open balance will be charged a $75 non-refundable administrative fee after the event.

Please note: 糖心少女vlog will issue refunds within a 2-week time period of receipt of written cancellation notice.

糖心少女vlog reserves the right to cancel this conference and any group activity that does not meet minimal group requirements. 糖心少女vlog assumes no responsibility for non-refundable airline tickets, hotel reservations, car rental, or other travel costs.
